Immuno Yoga is a powerful yoga designed to enhance the immune system. Afflictions cause blockages in our bodies and in our minds thereby infecting the bodily field with potential disease. This yoga of purification consists of asanas, pranayama (breathing exercises), vigorous Kundalini yoga, mantras and mudras. It also employs affirmations constructed to help obliterate obstacles to our higher Self - our soul. Yogi Bhajan said, “Your immune system works for you, but do you work for your immune system? Your heart works for you. Do you work for your heart? Your organs work for you. Do you work for each of your organs? ” Immuno Yoga takes place the first Sunday of every month.
